Time Capsule Burial

Burial of 175th Time Capsule
As we wrap up the celebrations honoring the Founding of New Braunfels 175 years ago, we invite you all to reach into the future by placing a letter in the time capsule to be opened in 2045.
Write about today and send it to your
Loved ones,
Yourself,
Future administrators,
School Organizations,
Police Chief,
Fire Chief,
Sheriff,
City Mayor,
City Manager,
to be revealed when the capsule is opened during the 200th Anniversary of our Founding 24 years from now. Anyone can write a letter to submit for inclusion.
The deadline to enter items into the time capsule is October 22, 2021, and will be buried November 14, 2021, at Landa Park.
Bring your letter in an addressed, stamped #10 size envelope, to the NB Chamber of Commerce office, where we will seal the back of the envelope with a special information label. Each item entered into the time capsule will be $1.75.
